My Canvas On Demand Wedding Canvas

I told you guys earlier how Canvas On Demand was giving me a free 16x24 framed canvas of one of my wedding photos. I received my canvas last week, and I absolutely love it. Originally I was supposed to receive a 16x20 canvas with gallery wrap for free.

I sent in a picture of hubby and I with our parents from our wedding, but the photo was too grainy to use. Let me tell you, these guys do some awesome customer service. I was contacted both by phone and email the very next morning after submitting my image. Jonathon explained that the photo was grainy, so if I had any others I would like to use, I could email them to him, and he would gladly help me pick one that could work. I emailed him back with a picture of just hubby and I from the wedding.

Jonathon emailed me back to tell me this photo would work wonderfully, but he still wanted to talk to me personally. I called him back as soon as I got the email, and within minutes I was on the phone with him. I really like the phone system their customer service uses, too. In both the voice mails, and the emails he gave me his full name, then when I returned his call, I just had to select the first 3 letters of his last name to get transferred straight to him.

I told him my name, and he already had my image open waiting on me to call. He said he wanted to upgrade me to a 16x24 canvas so my wedding dress didn't end up wrapped around the back of the canvas. He understood that brides want their dresses to be seen. He also told me he would like to include one of the premium black frames to make it look elegant. I asked how much it would cost, and he said since I already had the free canvas he was upgrading it all for free. Let me tell you I was super excited.

That was Friday around noon, and he said my canvas would be ready to ship by Tuesday, meaning I would receive it later in the week. It arrived on Thursday. It is absolutely gorgeous. The image is perfectly centered, and even with the enlargements it isn't grainy at all. They even fixed the bad coloring from over exposure. I've got one picture of it, but I had to take it with my cell phone cam, so it came out a bit blurry. I'll have to take another one when I get my digital cam.

I'm already discussing ideas for another canvas with hubby and my family. My grandparents wedding anniversary is coming up soon, so I thought about purchasing one from their wedding as an anniversary gift. Having an old photo brought back to live on canvas would be absolutely wonderful. I'm also debating on purchasing another one as a gift to my sister when she gets married soon. Hubby wants a 8x10 of our bulldog puppy, Bubba, but we're going to wait until he's full grown to order that one. He's still got a few more months of growing to do.

EDIT: I finally had the chance to take an updated photo that isn't as blurry. My camera still doesn't do justice for this beautiful canvas.
