At 30 years old I shouldn’t feel old, but some days I really do. Those are the days when I feel like my body is falling apart, particularly my knees. Bad knees seems to be a family trait, and I started having problems with my knees in high school after attempting to run track for a year. A few times each month I have to pull out my knee brace because I’m in so much pain I can’t walk without it. What really sucks is my brace hasn’t been working well lately.
