I admit once I cracked down on really using my coupons wisely I have been saving a lot more than I thought I would. I’ve been able to setup a savings fund for emergencies as well as a small fun money fund that will be used to buy things we want to reward ourselves with from time to time like the rifle scope Hubby wants for his anniversary present. The two main stores I’m concentrating on are Bi-lo and Family Dollar because it is easiest for me to get coupons to these two stores. We don’t have a lot of options in our area, and I don’t expect to do 90% extreme couponing savings. I’m very happy that I’ve averaged a 55% savings over the last two weeks saving a total of $137.92 on my grocery purchases.
Family Dollar has released their new coupon booklet good June 28 through July 30. Stop by the store and pick yours up because these will go quickly!
